Sky Meadows is generally a safe community, however, we are subject to the same safety and security risks as all communities and therefore can never be crime-free. For example, it’s possible for someone to enter our premises under false pretenses to commit crimes.  As a result, the Association cannot guarantee your safety and security.  

You should not rely on the Sky Meadows to protect you from loss or harm.  You should provide for your own safety and security by keeping your doors locked; refusing to open your door to strangers; asking workers for identification; installing a security system; carrying insurance; etc.
