HOA Accounting Access & Information

HOA Information: 

Assessments are due on the 1st day of each calendar quarter and delinquent if received after the 15th day of the same month.  After the 15th you will assessed a $120 late payment charge and subject to a 12% per annum interest charge.  As a courtesy, each homeowner will be granted one waiver of the late fee, if requested.

Setup Automatic Payment Option
If you would like to have your quarterly assessment automatically deducted from your bank account each quarter, please complete and submit the ”bank debit authorization form.”  The authorization form can be found under “Forms.”
